How to take measurements

Chest volume

The volume in the chest determines the size of the cup (for example A, B, C).  It should be measured horizontally to the floor at the most protruding parts of the chest.

Important: If the breasts are lush / inelastic / after breastfeeding / heavy, it is better to take measurements in a comfortable bra without foam and without corrective effects.  DO NOT raise your hands up!

 Volume under the chest

This is exactly the figure in cm, which on the label of the bra is indicated by the numbers 70, 75, 80. You have to take measure under the chest horizontally to the floor.  The centimeter tape should fit snugly to the body, but not overwhelm.  Measure at rest.

 Waist

The waist is the thinnest part of your torso.  Not sure if it’s the waist?  Lean to the side and see where a fold has formed on your body.  At this level the tape will pass.

 Hips

When measuring the hips, the centimeter tape should pass through the most protruding parts of the hips.
